1. About Atmosphera

Atmosphera is a real-time outdoor health intelligence service. Air quality and weather data is provided by OpenWeatherMap. UV Index and solar radiation are calculated using a NASA POWER-trained ML model. The service includes free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Atmosphera. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require a subscription at $4.99/month.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically via Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our systems.
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission.
• Interfere with the service's operation or security.

6. Data & Health Information

All calculations, recommendations, and data provided by Atmosphera — including air quality indices, UV Index, Vitamin D Window, Activity Window, and child heat safety indicators — are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Data accuracy relies on third-party sources (OpenWeatherMap, NASA POWER, Copernicus CAMS) which may contain errors or delays. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. Atmosphera is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of this service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Atmosphera is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Atmosphera is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
